A non-refundable deposit of $375 is required to confirm the appointment time requested with online booking. Please allow up to 90 minutes for your initial visit. Total visit time (usually 45-90 minutes) depends on case complexity and time required for medical history review; billed at a rate of $75 per additional <15 minutes of time if >30 minutes is spent in virtual care.
